he's a sulfur head. one of my favourites in the tank. doesn't take crap from anyone

that's a male venustus. the female doesn't get the yellow stripe or blue in the face.

this is him back in June 2014



it's great to see how these Malawi's develop as they mature

Haha Freddie.....thought you goanna convert that arowana tank to tanganyikans.....looks like I'm wrong! Nice set up and healthy Malawis (other than that tanganyikan catfish) though. Thanks for sharing.

lol such a great memory you have mr brichardi... yes bro tanganyikans was the initial plan but ended up being haps and peacocks. All because of one fish, a eureka red jacob, which I picked up the lake changed.

Still love the tangans though.
