It is known as Mysis Shrimp. I used to have the contact for the supplier who supply to underwater world at sentosa, but lost the contact. I know kelong usually has a lot floating around midnight where they look like faint luminous green on water. See if you can talk to the people who off load fish at jetty, they might be able to supply.

Live mysis I will not recommend this for small tank they will die overnight & pollute the tank. Always use in moderation keep the spares in the water they come from in another tank with a airstone & cover. Marinelife(aka Henry) & LCK201 have live mysis shrimps but it is better to call before going down.

Years ago, I tried breeding seahorse ranging from kuda, tigertail, barbouri and reidi species. Manage to breed up to 3-12weeks. Culture green water, rotifier, decap brine shrimp. All up and running.
If you happen to buy a wild SH, then live Mysis is the only best food for that moment because SH from being caught to being retail, it was fasting. You can easily see the sunken body. Many newbie fail to keep them up to 2 weeks as they are gradually dying due to feeding issue. Once they start feeding on live mysis, you can also freeze some live Mysis to train them on frozen using pincer waving in front of them, because there is not much difference on the smell compare to retail pack. Once they take in, your chances of keeping them increase.
