Default Frozen Blood Worms

How'd you guys feed it to your fish? Just drop the cube in the water and let the fish go crazy or do you first defrost it with tank water?
If you do the latter, I noticed the color of the water will turn very red. Is it from the worms or would you suspect coloring was added to make it look more red!?

I thawed the frozen cubes and make sure all worms sunken before pouring them into the tank. The water will get cloudy very little during the process but I don't think it is red in color..

once in a while, me do feed the gf the red larvae.
Place the cube in a saucer thing to "defrost".
Then feed the gf very small quantity.

Only when the gf finished, me repeat it again.

I dropped a few cubes into a small cup (50ml) filled with tank water.
When all the worms are loose, I use a toothpick to feed, little by little.
When all worms are consumed, I have a cup of red water. I do suspect coloring is added so the product will appear "fresh".

I also just drop them in..the red water might be their 'blood' when they are being processed?

A different source of nutrients, aside pellets.
Compared to pellets, FBW is also easier for the fish to digest.
