Yes, good growth.
You should be seeing significant growth daily at this stage with sufficient feeding.
If they are not growing well, it should be the water quality. You can either, change water, do culling to reduce quantity or change to a bigger housing.

Culling at this moment should be for croak body, eye big small and if tail do not open.

with so many babies, what do you guys do with the culled ones? Feed other fish? Throw into pond?

For me, first few days after hatching will be sucked out straight during water change. Next stage will be flushed away and latter will be feeders.
