Anyone had their Armatus eating non live food?
Anyone had trained their armatus eating non live food? I tried to starve for quite sometime but no success. Market Prawn and Pellets also useless. But once live feeder go in they start eating like no tomorrow.

Like Seaview aquarium which the fishes are fed by employee, most predatory fish eats mp as its probably the only choice after long starving. |

I started training them at 5 inches and stopped feeders for 3 weeks. You can try feeding kunning. The silvery scales from the kunning will make them go crazy and start biting. |

Thanks bro. They are 10 inch and 9 inch. I will try kuning tonight. I feed my whole comm of fishes MP and pellets. All of them eat but except the 2 armatus.
I thought they didnt want to eat at all until i tried a pack of feeders which i never had done for my comm. They start to chase and eat. But i stop from then as i dont really like feeders for my comm. |

Hais. They seriously stubborn. Seems like gotta get a pack of feeders for them. But due to their slow and timid nature. The amount of feeders they get to eat also limited.
