Default chubby cheeks

my big orange arowana
lost all color
not eating for 2 weeks
cheeks got swollen
is this dropsy although scales in body not protruding out

the cheeks in face got swollen and he looks old

any suggestions?

Did you check your water perimeters? Did you do anything unusual from your daily routine? Did you add fishes recently?
How's the scales of the aro? Does it look unusual too?

Bro, water issue.

If the lumps had harden, u might need to do surgery to remove them.

Otherwise, maintain good water parameters.
