sorry to be blunt but this is a case of horrible water + bacterial infection... lumps aside the pop eye is pretty bad too... not looking good at all.

u really need to get rid of ur ammonia. what exactly are ur ammonia readings? i honestly dont think u have the luxury of lowering ammonia bit by bit now by partial WC. dose with a good ammonia binder like AST ultimate or seachem prime etc first. that will buy u more time n help alleviate the stress which is serverly compromising ur aro's immune system. then treat with a stronger antibiotic like tetracycline or amoxicillin or erythromycin.

What does horrible water condition meaning??
How that possible??

Anyway redgolen bro. Just maintain the water cond. Dont try to put too much chemical. If not will worsen the fish cond.

IMO

Sorry to see that.. Well, stay calm, monitor the fish and do regular WC.
Sudden change of too much chemicals also not very advisable.
If it can cure, it will sure need absolute patience.. It can't be overturn overnight.

Best regards..

Bro,

If I am to be you, I will forsake all craps of whatever bacteria and get the Aro cure first.

U need:
1. Salt
2. Hester
3. Anti-bacteria medication
4. Regular water change till it recovered.

I would suggest you bring your fish to ARK .. He might have a solution for you.
