Maybe you can try putting in some cheap SD, they are fast swimer.

Change to a bigger tank. My aro used to have problem comming with any fish, after i upgraded mine. All fish no problem.

Try armor cats.. Niger, irwini and granulusos..
Get these armor cats min. 10".. They r super peaceful.. But if they got attack or scare they will use their armored body to sacre the predatory fish away by bumping it. |

maybe the tank is too small ? give the aro a bigger home so that she will feel better and stop chasing tankmate away. get some fast swimming tankmate to try ?

Nice red bro. But as what other bros here said, do consider other suitable tank mates and the amt of food you feed the aro

My 2 ATs also suffered the same fate, lasted less than 48 hrs.

That's a nice piece of red! I feel there is no need for tank mates unless you want them in there or your aro needs some 'challenge' to make it eat. Why not just concentrate on grooming your aro bro?
