Not the sponge as I using Mainly his tank water so I could not have a high water level to use sponge filter.

Hmm I am sure la, anyway I mean he maybe at fault but I feel I need to be responsible as well.

As a buyer, your responsibility is to provide care to your fishes the best you can.
However, in the first place, as a seller, it's his responsibility to make sure that fry grew to a substantial size before releasing to end users, hobbyists, beginner or expert.
Like that might as well sell frontosa eggs

If my guess is correct, I'm not surprised this seller does such things!

Even if both the buy and sell is at fault, I feel that CCT's thread deserve some credit as he has let us know, what not to buy and which seller to avoid and that will lessen death of fries.
As each mistake that we make, we learn and through that knowledge we can be better at handling the next situation.....how does that sound bro johannes?

Thks
