Default Urgent:Please advise

Hi All,
My orange Ranchu suddenly got some black mark on the body and tail.
The fish still behave very active ,can swim and eat as per normal.
Could anybody advise what had happened to my fish ?
I never come across such problems before.

Sorry, i had stop keeping gold fish for 7-8 yrs and recently juz started to keep Ranchu.Please advise me this new comer.

the condition is called melanaphore migration, a sign that your fish was exposed to high ammonia levels but is now on its way to recovery. You can check it out in bro dragonfly_sg's gallery under the same title.

i am worried coz i got another ranchu juz died last week without any sign.

Yep, I've got it in my gallery. And like Peter said, it a sign of recovery, so just maintain good water quality and it should be gone in awhile.
