Just wanna share some good news! Finally my love for this species has been rewarded by these cute little critters!

Not a very common Pleco you hear spawning. Any special way you induced the spawning?

Hi Kenneth!

Yes. Very minimal effort is required....but it needs tons of discipline to carry it out... Its call "Leave Them Alone!!!"

congrats! hahahahaha yea i was waiting for my hypans to spawn too for so long. then i went on a 10days holiday and they spawned while i was away. too bad fries did not survive

any pics of parent fishes?
