Water conditions in its tank are the main culprit to the pimple thing.

Try daily wc.
Hi bro.
I am trying to avoid daily WC as i dont have time.
I am thinking buying another canister pump, not sure would it help?

It may or may not help. Without testing your water conditions and more info on bioload, wc frequency, filtration, it's hard to determine the source of your problem.

But since no time for daily wc, just get an additional canister since over-filtration is never a bad thing.

Pellet training wise, many have tried and failed so don't count that it will eat eventually. Starving a young aro has consequences too such as stunted growth so just be aware and good luck!

my 10 yrs old goldie was ignoring all pellet training for years even if it was starved for weeks.

Once I comm the stubborn aro with an oscar, the former literally steals pellets from the oscar

Hopefully.

Yesterday he was swimming around when I stand close to the aquarium, i guess he is super hungry: after a month+ on hunger strike.

I threw a pellet, he looks at pellet for couple seconds then swim away

Super Worms is very additive, and it is very hard to switch to another food.
If you insist to change to pellets, then you must have very good patience, and determination.
Aro can don't eat for months. Just make sure there is a good water condition.
Pellet or any food that you provided, must be removed within few mins, if Aro don't eat it.

You can try adding some tankmates that eating pellets, this will help Aro, when it is super hungry.
