Sorry to TS for using this tread.

Just a question to the old timers. After seperating the fries from the parents, roughly how long is considered safe to be put back together with the parents in the main tank? Considering space constrain and no more available tanks to house only the fries.

Thanks

got a situation here whereby , at first the female guppy belly is fat - pregnant and suppose to due in a week.. suddenly the next day the belly lost it size and back to normal but no fry is to be found. the possibilities are:
-fry got eaten up
-female consume the eggs or wateva in its belly without giving birth?

Probably got eaten up. I witnessed the female ate her baby once she gave birth to the baby.
