Can anybody tell me how rare are spade tails ??? And can anyone tell me which tail variant is the rarest

Nope REAL spade tails cause it seem that i have 1 spadetail which is not a 'slow growing' veiltail..Will try to post a pic of it.

Spade tail splenden is not demanding in Singapore, hence most breeders will cull them.
Hence, can consider quite a rare sight, here.
Some wild Betta have this trait.

However, I was told that, the Thais regard as a prosperous fish.

I think veiltails are long tail types. Veil tails can easily get for $1-$2 at lfs.

Spade tail on another hand happens to short tail plakats without the D-Caudal fin instead looking like a Spade shape.
