Aquasynchro pump experience?

anybody has aquasyncho pump?
been using one in my Ray tank, but earlier today it stopped. not sure what the problem is.anybody tried and clean it?

i have spare one, but was in a rush earlier to go out. will have to check it later.

opened up and cleaned the impeller and its back to normal now
