Your will be gravity feed from water tank above.
The water pressure is control by something call Pressure Regulating Valve. This pressure can be adjusted to match design flow. So if your is too small, feedback to TC and ask them to get their plumber to check. Normal PRV pressure should be with 2.5 to 4 bars. |

I stay at a 4-5year Punggol flat. Once in a while will kenna some problems.
The last incident was about 1-2 months ago and it was the worst I've encountered. I changed ~40-50% for one of my 3ft, and soon my discus got knocked out, so weak that they got sucked by the filter inlet. I immediately transferred everything to another 3ft with only 20-30% WC and they slowly revived. Unfortunately a few Altums got injured so bad that they died one by one over a couple of weeks. |

I think the ultimate solution to this sort of issue is to use a multi cartridge style inline dechlorination filter for topping up water. At a slow enough flow rate, the unit should capture most of the chlorine in the feed water what ever the ppm.
You can also consider overdosing antichlorine when doing WC. The components in AC are generally not toxic even at 5x recommended dosage. |
