Default black aro died

one of my black aro died when woke up this morning....sad...

Suspect 1:

Last night i did 70% wc and refill water directly from tap overdose water conditioner so that the water could be stabelised. But i saw the aro breath heavily and quickly decided to added genesis antichlorine cos i believed that the aqualife conditioner is not powerful enough.

Suspect 2:

All along the aro is kept in individual partition untill last night which I put 3 of them together. I didn't see any serious fight the time they got together. Before that i tried to comm them but it was not successful.

Still wondering what have killed the aro

should be num 1.. as 70% WC at one go is too much.. i may suffer from sudden WC and pH change..

Sad to hear this...don't take it too hard....

1) Did u add in conditioner in main tank before adding tap water?

2) What are the other 2 aros and all the sizes?

Have to agree that the water change was the main culprit.. As 70% would have stressed the aro too much, maybe a 20% a day over a few days could be good.. But it's ok, valuable experience learnt!
