Unhappy RIP 3 bar IT

This morning my 5' 3 bar IT was very active and stable swimming around the tank. 1 Hr later the fish was lying on the bottom, belly up. This is one of my favourite pieces. Orange based, stable and clean 3 bar IT. Haizzz..

Personally I encounter NGT , 3 bars IT and NTT sudden death before .... Usually size are from 3" to 6" ... Those I kept to be 8" and above are most likely stable to Sudden death.
