Payment is by cash only, payable to the club. The farms will deal with the club direct on the total number of aros.
If there are individual concerns, everything can be discussed. We'll deal with individual concerns separately. Generally there should be enough aros to go around cos each member is allowed to buy one aro only. In case the response is overwhelming, meaning that by closing date, 50 participants join, and the farm only allocated 30 aros, then we'll have a referee to coordinate the sales part. Alternatively we may seek the farm's help for a higher number. But as it stands now, quite a number of farms hv allocated 30 pcs. |
