As long as the food is half it's length.. and width can fit.. gar can eat.
Even the width is 20% bigger.. I try before .. those large kunning fish.. I was lazy to cut in into small pcs.. I dump the whole kunning in to test.. and gar eat it.. When gar hungry.. anything goes |

florida gars not as bad as alligator gars. Alligator gars grow very big very fast and have a big appetite.
