any fight injuries seen on the dead?
or did you see the attacks?

could it be pH drop that killed the smaller less resilient aros?
here's the interesting part. there are no major injuries seen on the aros. my in-law saw the large red bite the smaller ones. then the smaller aros start to swim unstable majiam sbp, after awhile, belly up. according to my in-law, the large aro bite the small aro's head

before i left home, in the morning, the pH was still at 6.5

more likely the stuff vomitted out by the aros. cos the dead fishes were scooped out pretty immediately.

thanks bro. but contrary to ur statement, my aros survived longer than my guppies leh, in terms of absolute time duration unless u equivalate survival duration against average lifespan, than in this case, im better on guppies

just to update and share: as i've posted previously, my pH was stable at 6.5. immediately after the fight and deaths, my pH dropped to 4.0. now, i did an experiment: no WC and just clear out the waste/dead bodies. my pH rose back to 6.5 after 2 days.

as such, my conclusion is that the 12" aros did not die due to poor water.
