Default Need help on pleco.

Hi all. Just want to ask why my pleco have this thing? Don't look like worm cause not moving. Just stick on the body. Any Med can I put that can treat the whole tank cause I got no extra tank to treat him alone.

Thanks everyone for helping.

It's not a life threatening issue.. Should be fine after 1-2 weeks of treatment i guess.. beautiful piece by the way!
