Hi Bro, Refer to the above pictures, the spinach already chopped into quite a small pieces liao....

I just put it into the bowl. During my feeding time I just take out the bowl from the fridge and let it idle for few minutes (normally about 20-30 mins), then select few pcs and give to my fishes.

I noticed the above brand the size of the spinach are still quite big although stated "CHOPPED"

Few months ago I used to get another brand (forgotten about the name and take pic, there are some javi words and it's halal) from Hougang NTUC Mall, the cutting of the frozen spinach are quite in small pcs and my fish like it very much. Recently visit there but bo liao....The above brand you can find it at Cold Storage.

Decent headgrowth for them...think u need to improve more on the last 3 pcs peduncle,btw the water look brownish or just the warm light?Thkx for sharing!

It is the light effect as I'm using warm white . Couple of things I will do when I'm free:

1). Changing the bottom tub into Black colour.
2). Replace my current light with T5 light.

The first pc looks like abit Obese to me, how do you think brother?
