Default i listen to the pm

Last time he said diabetes is dangerous, i stay active throughout the day and bought a glucometer to make sure my blood glucose is within normal range randomly and two hours after meals.

Now i home cooked 90% of my meals. Now my meals are much more nutritious and yet cheaper.

I think he should give more advice as he can influence people in a good way.

Me too, I took a bus $0.77 x 2 to the nearest hawker centre as there is no hawker centre near my hse, only foodcourt as they have stopped building hawker centres for many years. The bus journey to fro took me about hour plus including waiting time. But I got to eat the $3 fish ball noodle as mentioned cheaper food at hawker centre by PM.

My Kopitiam foodcourt near my hse fishball noodle costs $4 after card discount. Now after listening to PM, I got to eat the $3 noodle.

$3 honestly not enough to get enough nutrition outside unless one is small size and very inactive. Excluding drink at at cheap coffee shop i believe need min $5.

I dun go foodcourt for a long time. My appetite need min $10 excluding drink.

I missed the mee rebus there.
But I also did not eat this dish for a very long time.
Hard to find a nice one now as most of them too sweet for my liking.

Not necessary cheaper. Water, gas and elect all upped....go into your home cooked food on top of buying the raw materials. Healthier I got to agree...

Have to know how to choose and where to buy cheaper ingredients.

I just saw a video of best hawker chicken rice. It is in goldenmile hawker. Someone in the comments recommend two bowls of rice and half a chicken, damage $10.
