Default Right way to add anti chlorine

Hi guys , overheard 2 people talking at a LFS about adding anti chlorine when WC .. One of them say you have to add the anti chlorine before you add water .. I was shock .. All along i add water first then i put the anti chlorine ....

Can anyone advise which is the right way ?? Am i doing the wrong way all this while?? Very ....

Draw out water....put anti chlorine....then top up with new water....

bro, may I add on: mix the water conditioner well with the remaining tank water before topping up.

topping up flow water should not be fast, to spike up temp in water.

at the same time, full aeration during topping up.

Hi Bro.... for me i draw out water , put conditioner , put water then put more conditional in between.

Is like drink poison then antidote or take antidote before poison? Which one more effective?

Thanks guys ... Learn something new again ... I was doing the wrong way all the time ... I draw water .. Add water then add anti chlorine ...

Modern drama is take antidote, then take poison. Those kung fu / martial arts shows always take poison, then go and find for antidote one.
