Hard working then put a string through the pipe.
Then tie a small brush to the end and pull through. Do a few times.

Not so hardworking? Change new pipings

I usually reverse direction the water supply to flush out the brown algae. Cant remove fully, but most will be flushed out.

Difficult to clean if is stubborn algae stain. Dried and peel is easier in fact. Ways to clean you can try:
1) brush method - brush tie to a long string, a long handle brush
2) water pressure - stuff the pipe with filter wool or small stone, use high water pressure to push through.

Usually people will leave it if not causing any choke. Else get a new one if is unsightly.
