Champions League against Young Boys

We failed to score more than 1 goal from the chances created.

VDB passed straight to the opposing player who then scored the equaliser. He should have cleared the ball instead of trying to pass just at the edge of the penalty box.

Matic was poor with his passing and control and we could have let in more goals because of his poor play.

We missed several good chances to score esp in the first 30mins which would have won us the match.
But like what Ragnick said in his post match interview, he was apparently annoyed that Donny did not follow instructions when he gave the ball away for the equaliser. Ragnick had already told the boys not to pass within 5 meters when we are in our own penalty box but to clear the ball far away first. Ahmad and Elanga definitely needed more playing time to gain more exposure. But this morning's game. I rate Bailly as the MOTM

This is the right way.

RALF RANGNICK understands that no player is bigger than Manchester United.

Ralf Rangnick has insisted he won't try and convince Paul Pogba to stay at Manchester United beyond next summer.

The 63-year-old believes a club of United's magnitude and support shouldn't need to persuade a player to snub a departure, regardless of who they are.

He told reporters: "I wouldn't say he's not worth keeping but, of course, players have to want to play and stay for a club and a big club like Manchester United.

"If a player does not want to play for a club like Manchester United medium or long-term, I don't think it makes sense to convince him to change his mind.

"This is such a massive club with such fantastic support from the supporters, I don't think anyone in the club should try to convince a player to stay. But on the other hand, let's wait and see."

Not a win that Ralph would be pleased as we were pretty poor. Thanks to the penalty converted by CR7 and the heroics of DDG we kept a very vital 3 points

Manchester United record a number of positive Covid tests following win at Norwich

Manchester United have recorded a number of positive Covid tests among players and staff following their 1-0 win at Norwich on Saturday.

The club has reported the cases to the Premier League and their match at Brentford on Tuesday is now in some doubt.

It is understood that all players tested negative before the Norwich game.

But a number of players tested positive before training on Sunday morning.

Those individuals were then sent home and training was adjusted to individual and non-contact sessions.

First leg away at PSG on 15th Feb

Maybe the draw was a "rig" They have to reunite Messi with Ronaldo for their "swarm song" to settle the score as to who is the GOAT???
