Usually would feed 1 MP a day, sometimes would feed small frogs or mealworms (but i try not to, scared the aro becomes hooked on them)
Have never been successful with pellet training my aros.. very sad.

bro, for your aro of that size 2 mp per day should not be a problem.

Pump it up but maintain good water parameters at the same time

Hi bro, you may feed pellets first before you feed MP to have better build of your xb body shape.

Try different type of pellets or have some tank mates that also love to eat pellets, wish your xb can pellets trained soon

Thanks bro, shall try feeding it more, remembered last time i had 1 small RTG and its appetite was HUGE, fed some small mp to it and it was still able to feed on some frogs and mealworm

Hi, have never been successful in training my aros to consume pellets, usually they would bite the pellet and spit them out later.
Currently trying the OF AR-G1 small pellets.
Just when i was typing this, i went to get the pellet box to check the name and decided to just throw in a small scoop of the pellets into the tank.
Surprisingly the aro went to whack a bunch of the pellets but afterwards the aro would just swim towards the pellets and swim away. Hopefully would be able to pellet train it soon.

Continue to trow pellet in and don't feed other foods.
I think your aro know that's food just don't like the taste yet.
