Help needed for panaques which seem

Help needed! Could they are sick? The panaques in my tank suddenly behaving differently
1) usually all are shy and hiding but now showing in open
2) usually startled when switching on light and all swimming quickly into hiding but now remains unmoved
3) usual diet of zucchini attracts them but now after 5 hours the zucchini is untouched
4) color of a goldline turned very bright and vibrant. But it becomes very lethargic. Catch without much resistant.

Based on other visual check, no telltale sign of sick, but behavior is just not normal.

It's good you've noticed a change in their behaviour, I think this gives a really good early indicator that something has changed. How many seem to be affected?

Lethargy and lack of appetite are worrying signs but I don't think can point to any specific, just being being somewhat 'under the weather'.

From the picture it looks to me that it's eye is a bit cloudy, like a glaze is over it, can you see if thats true in-person? In terms of sunken/perky, they eye looks ok. The other thing I can see, is what looks like early fin rot. The frayed edges on the pectoral and pelvic/ventral fin, perhaps the dorsal as well. It doesn't look like the typical fraying that you see from fighting.

Was thinking something was different about the fins but could not put my finger to what was different. Now that you mentioned, yes looks like fin rot.

All 4 in the tank looks lethargic and some signs of fin rot. One looks to have bloated stomach, even though the zucchini was untouched the whole night.

Should I apply any med? If yes, what's your advice? Thanks.

Sorry to hear about your panaques. My only experiences with lethargic panaques have ended up with netting their carcass out of the tank a few days later. And yes, it's usually after water change.

Sorry, can't help, else my panaques would have been ok themselves. Pray someone could help though.

Bro, the fins are not moving.

Actually, they look normal, but the signs that caught my attention is that they suddenly are not hiding but move out in opening, colors turn much more vibrant and of course the lost of appetite.

These are very nice panaques : xingu, tapajos and araguaia. Really hope to do something to treat them and not lose them.
