I don't want to sound rude, but you should do some research on goldfish before starting to keep some. Your question gives you away. Orandas have wide head with headgrowth whereas ryukins have pointy heads and a hump between the head and the dorsal fin.

If you're talking of a white gf with red cap, there is a good chance you're referring to a red cap oranda although other varieties may have this color pattern.

Just google "Oranda" and "Ryukin" and you will be able to see the differences.
Most obvious is the hump on the Ryukin.
As for the "Yi Dian Hong" you are refering to, it's a Red Cap Oranda.

Hehe ! Actually i already did my research on how to keep goldfish, water parameters etc. However, there's so many different types of goldfish species and types and the different names they call them. Especially the japanese names and terms ( Tosai, Nsai etc etc ) So wish to find out more, thanks much for help

Just go for the one you like best.
Sometimes it's not the breed or type of goldfish.
It's the "Yi Jian Zhong Qin" factor.
