They grow large and need cold water.
And by right, not legal to be kept in Singapore.
Though you can see them once awhile in lfs or Farm.

it not that expensive actually... some LFS in the north do carry them.. if u go there at the right time u will spot it..

anyway..it is illegal to keep as it classified as endanger species.

Many of the sturgeon species are listed either Vulnerable, Endangered or Critically Endangered. Reasons includes habitat destruction to over fishing for their caviar.
Plus some are CITES Appendix I species which make them illegal to be kept as pets in Singapore.

Unless you are equipped to house them in cold conditions, extremely clean and fast flowing waters, suggest you look for species are that much more suitable for Singapore's climate.
