Default Red worms : parasites?

I discover these red worm like creatures in my tank of late but
can't tell what they are. Suspect they r parasites, something of that sort.
Anyone can comment on that?

I used to have these worms too. Suspect they came with the tubifex worms and doesn't seem to harm the fishes. I added some deworming med and seem to get rid of all of them.

Sometimes I find them in the bathroom too... Dunno where they hiding
