Better treat your fish asap. Either PH burn or bacteria infection on the face area and the fins.

The red fin have been there since I bring it back 2 years and is still there. I try medication but no effect at all. Any recommendation of that? Many thanks.

It looks to me a PH burn, but since you said already 2 years on and it could be a birth mark? I am in doubt...

Only the two fin is red. The rest of the body is normal.

A photo of it's mouth picture would help it's ID.
On to the red fins, if it doesn't spread to other parts/fishes, I'd leave it as it is. |
