Too much water surface movement caused by your filter. Difficult to regulate the co2 amount hence explain the outbreak of BBA. Suggest you change to either a canister filter or submerge filter.

You may want to use flourish excel to spray on bba.

Add a power head and yamato not bad clear the BBA very fast.
