30% WC each time and add anti-chlorine shouldn't have cause this problem. If your discus fins still cramped or close, then slime spotted on the body or fins then its the overall tank water condition. I remembered your tank have sand bed, that is a gd hiding place for bacteria if didn't manage it well. I would suggest a medicated bath if slime formed on it and do a 100% WC to the tank. Hope it helps.

Hi bro. Shall take photo of them tonight. On the way to work. For now isit a good way to scoop out all the sand? Will it make them more stress?

Noted boss. Two of my discus alway one side of the fin close. So if i water change two day once will it help and good for them?
