Just treat it as per how you would do when your fishes contract diseases? Buy medication specifically for fin rot?

Hi all bros, woke up today to found some eggs on the tank wall. Im not sure if its my corydoras or is it my neon tetras that gave birth.
How can i remove the eggs from the tank wall and transfer into another tank? Thanks bros |
