Bro just a query. How many pieces would I need to cover a 2ft tank?
I want a fissiden carpet =P
If im keeping shrimps, will the shrimps eat the fissiden faster than they can grow? Abt 70+ shrimps in my 2ft...

hi bro, thanks for your interest.
For tanks with shrimps, fissidens as a carpet would be most ideal because there is almost no maintenance of it needed. Hassle free and would disturb the water parameters whenever you do trimming on mosses.

Also the shrimps would not eat the fissidens, but rather the micro-organisms on them, which is not visible to the naked eye. After observation, the shrimps love to pick at the fissidens and scavenge through them for food, which is why some breeders recommend keeping them for shrimplets.

As for your 2 feet tank, you will need 8 meshes to cover the entire foreground and make it like a lawn setup.

let me know once you have confirmed your order and we can arrange the time and venue for collection. My mobile no is 9173 6465.

Once again, thanks bro for your query and interest. Look forward to seeing you.

Yeah I saw your pics, the fissiden lawn looks nice but I have cories and prefer to keep substrate exposed for them. If I didn't have cories I would get fissiden for sure.
