6:40am, i went 24hrs ntuc supermarket, one malay cashier stop a chinese man from buying ShaoXin cooking wine, citing the alcohol ban hours and he can only buy after 7am. Is cooking wine also under the same banned list like beer etc.?

Sometime they overdo with the laws. Who would drink cooking rice wine ? They are for cooking, so why lump together with alcoholic drinks.
How about those chocolate with alcohol inside? Also banned after 10.30 pm? |
