Like what my good bro always say

Businessman cannot be good managing a club, which is why i like the Bayern Munich model. Their whole management team is mostly consisted of past players who knows how a football club should work towards.

Ajax too

But there’s a backstory of how Johann Cruyff laid down the foundation to change how the club works but was ousted because he was too overbearing and final blow came when he fell sick

Our first signing?

I also read that we are leading the race to sign a young portugese star.

Manchester United are on the verge of signing 21-year-old winger Daniel James from Swansea City for £15m. [Sky]

No big players wanna come over liao ... the club no longer an attractive proposition. Start afresh and cut loose all the non-performers..bring in youngsters and gel them together. Take Ajax as an example.

Not surprised that no big players wanna join us. I want proven and tenacious players who would fight for the team even when the chips are down.

We hv many good young players, and Ole has no qualm in promoting them when ready. He has proven it with success in Molde.
In addition, i am prepared that ole might need 2 seasons to build his own team that will challenge for the epl and cups
