Default Expert needed... minor surgery

I have this xb ,3 yr old leap out of bag during tranfer. Ever since bloated bladder...
1st week icu inside bag. Flip upside down. Now almost 3rd week. Start eating but back still float above water.

Should i use needle to suck out air or wait?
Previously 2 successful attempt. 1 fail. Juv die after tat.

Ps= i am not in sg

Any normal syringe,try not to insert from the bottom as it might puncture the egg if any,for adult aro you have to insert direct from the lateral hole.
