Those look like fungus, just add salt to your aquarium to about 1% concentration and observe. If it gets worse u may want want to add meds or send it to a vet.

Do observe closely as juveniles are delicate and a fungus infection can kill it.

Separate it from the rest and do the salt treatment with some tanning or drying of the shell for a while,it wont recover overnight but dont panic.

Do a 30 minutes marine bath and leave it to bask for 30 minutes. Repeat 3 times a day.

Any idea where can I get one of these now? Saw a albino pnt and its only about 7cm in shell diameter, more than a blue note. Are PNT easy to keep? Ive a spare 3ft tank always wanted to keep a turtle. Is the tank sufficient ?
