how to keep them not deadly? Meaning using it to kill other fishes. Is there a way? pls help me. thanks!

it's not meant to "kill other fishes"
stingrays come with the tail.. like it or not.

The best way is to... Dun keep lor..

Hi bro, I guess rays do not maliciously sting other fishes so you need no worry. Learn to accept it as part of the fish. There's much more to know about rays prior to keeping them. Remember to do your homework!
