3 points lost on home ground.
3 games played with 1W, 1D n 1L....been a long time no see such result liao.

Can easily put the blame on ref for some of his many poor decisions but we really hv to blame ourselves for being unable to break down a team hell bent on deep defending.

Back to drawing board before our next game against SOU.

Lingard should never be in the starting line-up.
Yet Ole seems to rate him pretty high.
I realise we have not much choice for his replacement, but we created this mess ourselves in the transfer market

Lack of a good captain on the field to push the players too. No longer the same fear in opponents coming to Old Trafford as compared to Ferguson time.

when i looked at the table, we are somehow lucky it is only 5 points difference, but the season is still a long way to go, dun lose hope.

I hope Woody wake up after seeing the performance.

Normally, we go on to win after equalising, but at this instance, we seemed to be lost in games most of the time.

But I can see Maguire instructing the ball to be given to him at the opponent half when we were trailing and also when we were at 1 - 1.

Problem is all the deliveries into the boxes were not accurate and never found him.

Though we are hopeful for this season but it is a move towards better things. So far, the 3 buys have turned out good.

I would play a 4-2-3-1 with Martial in front, Pogba in the no. 10 role and Rashford and James on either side. McTominay and Gardner in the middle in front of the back four. Pogba can find openings and even if he loses the ball, there are 2 behind to cover. The youngsters and others can come in when required.

Ole should tell James not to fall down so easily or he will get marked by the referees.

We need to get rid of the deadwood though it might be painful and at a loss. Our noisy neighbour did release some players at a loss.

The 2 bookings that James received, if viewed in slow motion, was not his fault. Because of his speed, the slightest clip would send someone of his size tumbling, yet it would not be fair to ask him to slow down. That is his strength, which unfortunately can be his weakness cos on both occasions, the ref failed to see him being clipped

I fancy PP in the attacking role too.
Both MR and AM interchange their position and DJ or JL play on right.
SM and JG/NM as defense midfielder.
Let our new setup get use to each other.
And hopefully we gel and wait for next transfer window to add new players if we need further reinforcement.

The last match, again we lost the game after PP needlessly give the ball away by over dribbling and getting robbed.

BTW, the fernandes guy delivered 3 assists last weekend. Guess we really missed out on buying him
