Hi Trowa,
For juv platies, try to get them to start eating by feeding some tubifex if all else fails.. Mine started on tubifex and is taking FBW and feeders buffet now. Trying to pump them up quickly so they can join the big guys in my 4ft tank now. When they get bigger, I think it should be easier to train them to take pellets and other food. |

I buy bags of frozen beef heart chunks to bulk up Juveniles.
They can't resist it and works fast! My new WC Nigerian Endli is on a strict course of beef heart and massivore right now! |

Comes in 1cm cubes or 0.5cm. I prefer the bigger. Doesn't mess the water too much also! |

From my limited knowledge, I think we have only those big piece of beef heart or pork heart slacks which usually discus hobbist are getting for their fishes. They are indeed very nutritious diet if we can get cube forms for bichirs.
