Very nice and simple. But one suggestion, remove the plants at the back. Then place the christmass moss at the center off the tank. Then when during feeding you will have space at the front for them to gather and eat.

Looks really good! Like the set up but as what Koji mentioned it does look like it could do with more space on the front for them to scavenge and roam.

A lot of hiding places, your shrimps will like it but u may have a hard time counting strength. Anyway, your shrimp tank setup is nice.
