Any options for cheaper DIY T5

Bros,

Noticed that the cost of DIY sets from merchants still can amount to more than $100.

Not meant to spoil the merchant market here, but are there alternatives to getting the parts at cheaper rates from elsewhere?

1)Tubes
2)E-ballast
3)Parabolic reflectors
4)Endcaps
5)Casing
