lack of exercise. not about feeding. i also dont feed shelly everyday when she is with me.

In my tank the food fed are all sinking pellets and if I don't drop the Algae wafers they will eat the Carni pellets

Piggy have actually mastered his 'crawl' that he only moves around with his 2 front flippers -_-"

It finally start to eat algae wafer but oni do it after lights off.
How to identify male or female?

Wow u got urself a big boy or girl. Mine eats anything, from pellets to feeders. I feed mine nutrafin turtle pellets.

Good luck on ur search. Had to rehome my pnt to a 4 by 2 by 1 tub so that the mbu could take over its tank. If only the two of them got along, but my pnt insisted on taking a bite out of my mbu..

by looking at the plastron n tail. but not 100% accurate. the most accurate method is when the males show their organ.

my #1 n #2 r ~10-11" SCL. #3 is ~8-9" SCL.

Elindra's shelly that is with me now is also ~10-11" SCL.
