this one is firmer bite than Song Fa , 530 AMK and the hawker centre there.
Song Fa, et al, literally melts in your mouth very soft texture, very tenderised.

The Hong Lim Bak Kut Teh stall, the intestine quite nice, brought one Jap guy go, he became addicted.
The chinatown frog porridge shop also sold the deep fried intestine last time. Long time never go, do they still sell it?
