I watched those Malaysia eateries programme in utube, seems like our chaipeng cooks were all trained working in Malaysia eateries before. The speed they cooked so many dishes in a short time with standard is quite amazing.

U r right. Their elderly special is a joke, for $2 elderly get super small servings. No diff from eating those $2 chicken rice with a small piece of chicken breast flatten to half cm thickness.
