IMO......the current model of pricing public housing to a certain fraction of market rates is not sustainable unless our garment keeps on bringing in new PRs or citizens to shore up the demand......it will collapse eventually and everyone will suffer..... Anyway public housing should serve it's purpose of housing our population......not for making huge profits.....

In his earlier days, i siam him but now earned my respect as he mellowed and speaking the facts and handled journalists and critics more tactfully.

Thinks his party will do better this year esp. Hope he and the Indian Prof.; Dr Thambiyah (not sure the right spelling or not) is worth a sear in Parliament.
